What we collect
When you call (718) 412-8453 we collect the phone number you call from, your name and address if you give them, and what you tell us about the plumbing problem. If you email us, we collect your email address and the message.
Our website does not have forms, accounts or comment sections. Your browser may send standard technical details such as the pages requested and the device type to our hosting provider.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after hearing the notice you agree to the recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the person who answers.
How we use it
We use call information to understand the problem, dispatch a plumber, give a price, and follow up on the work. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your name, address and phone number with the plumber assigned to your job so they can reach you and arrive at the right place.
Maps and fonts
Pages include an embedded Google map and fonts loaded from Google. Those services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address under their own policies.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email contact@proplumbinglinden.com. We keep call records only as long as we need them for service, safety and legal reasons.
